Delete your Ripple Path account

This page applies to Ripple Path: Koi Chain Puzzle by the Ripple Path developer.

Request deletion

  1. Email us using the button below, preferably from the Google account used to sign in to Ripple Path.
  2. Use the subject Delete my Ripple Path account.
  3. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership before deletion.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete the Ripple Path Firebase Authentication account, private user profile, cloud save, all-time leaderboard entry and identifiable daily leaderboard entries associated with the account.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or backup integrity, and will be removed or anonymised when no longer necessary. Aggregated analytics that no longer identifies your account may remain.

Local data

Deleting the cloud account does not erase a save already stored on your phone. Clear Ripple Path's app storage in Android settings or uninstall the game to remove local data.
